I still had to scrub some of the left over scum off the inside of the dishwasher door. I’ve ran 2 tablets thru and still have some residue left. I’ll continue to run them each week to see if it clears them up.

Hard to believe this is a reputable company. I placed an order for 3 dishwasher cleaning tablet packets. The site tries to get you to buy other products before you can check out. I agreed to a single extra item, but then invoice shows qty 4 of that item plus another one. They immediately send courteous customer service email, so I reply with what I actually wanted. They reply with some vague reference to checking warehouse to alter order and offer to send FREE two digital items (cookbook and detox guide). I reply “no”. Just wanted what I ordered and was now thinking of canceling. They reply with offer of 20% off original order, but that is still more by a long shot, of what i actually requested. I reply That I just want my original authentic request. If they can’t do that, then cancel the whole thing. I now look at my credit card account online and see they’ve made three charges, one for roughly what I expected, and two additional charges, which seems really suspicious. I inform them I’ve contacted the credit card company about fraudulent charges (but have to wait until they actually post). Their response: “Thank you for getting back to us. ​ As a one-time exception, we have fully refunded the cost back to the original payment method used, which should reflect on your statement within 3-5 business days.” So, I still don’t know how much I’ll be refunded, if anything. And then the next morning get tracking information because they have shipped something. I’ve never had such a weird business experience before—a combination of polite responses that completely ignore my expressed wishes. If it arrives, I’ll be interested to see if they actually work. EDIT: Remarkable customer service after complaining about the experience. They provided a full refund. Phone call then said to keep what they shipped “as a gift”. I just wish they would have had this approach from the start.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! It would have alerted me to watch the order process Very closely. They really need to update their order system, to allow you to see a summary of you order before it is charged. They have made it all good with me though and their customer service following the original issue while ordering has been great! I have not used any of the products yet, will update once I have.

Indeed is working great and eliminating all odors

Update: June from customer was very courteous in helping me receive a refund. I felt listened to and hope they will improve their checkout process. The company has an apparently very quick response to processing and shipping orders. I seriously hope they fix the other issues I mentioned below. Original Post and 1 star rating: Their ordering system is sketchy. I selected a discount order for 14.95, put in my payment info and immediately was notified the payment was made with no confirmation page. Then I was taken through 10 upsell pages before arriving at a confirmation page that showed it charged me $60 for 5, which I most certainly did not select. I had to call customer service where they continued to try to upsell me. I kept telling them just to cancel. Now I am in limbo with an email that says my "modification" is being reviewed. Do not order from the company.

Great fast delivery and a great product

Product was exactly as described and did a thorough cleaning of my dishwasher. No more film on my dishes

Dishwasher cleaner doesn’t work. I followed the directions. I ran a long (2 hour) cycle with an empty dishwasher…put the fuugu in the bottom…left all the parts in place as directed and promised those would be cleaned. It was no cleaner when I finished. I wiped the gaskets, floor and took out the removable screen in the bottom…it was disgusting. I cleaned that by hand and left it out and ran another cycle…still didn’t work. What a waste of money! It took me 2 hours longer and wasted a bunch of hot water for nothing! I also tried the washing machine cleaner…it didn’t work either. To make matters worse, they never sent me an order confirmation. The only receipt I received was from PayPal. I have no order number, only a PayPal transaction ID.
