Same experience but my mistake. When ordering from Fuugu's website, they start with 5 packages at the top. I ordered 3 products, 1 package of garbage disposal clear but accidentally forgot to click down to 1 package of dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets. OOPS. So I placed an oder for $117 worth of product that I have never tried. I called immediately and got the same run around as previous reviewer...they contacted shipping to modify my order to 1 package each. That was followed by an email the next day that they couldn't catch my order and it had shipped. Same bull****. I think this is a racket. When I went to the Post Office to return, the postal fee to Lithuania was $88. This is wrong. I'll call Pay Pal. My mistake but no one ships this fast. *****RESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION*****
