I emailed in regarding a pair of Rooker sunglasses that broke. Rosina got back to me the same day. She confirmed my shipping address and said that they'd be sending out a replacement pair. She emailed again to confirm that everything was correct. And I received yet another email when the replacements shipped. If I still managed a business and she lived in my area - I'd try to steal her. :) Great job Fuse Lenses!!

I ordered two pair of replacement lenses and one of the was not the correct pair, my error, not there's. So, I reached out and within hours I was being sent the correct lenses and provided a return label. Great customer support.

Had a pair of lenses for over a year. I recently scratched them and was going to buy a new pair of sunglasses. Before doing so I thought maybe I had a warranty. I found my confirmation number and sent to Fuse. They responded crazy fast and are sending me my 1 time replacement. I also struggle with warranties because there is so much red tape. Not with Fuse, was quick and painless and will be a forever customer.

The lenses are amazing cost effective replacements for my sunglasses. Then you also get a 1 time replacement which I took advantage of. They were processed and shipped immediately. Amazing product and amazing customer service. I will continue to be a Fuse customer.
