I was excited when ordering for my glasses I like so much, expecting to get them within a reasonable timeframe. After 2 weeks I got an email saying that they were backed up and would produce them as soon as possible, blah blah. After another week another similar email. Another week (4 weeks-ish total) and I reached out. They said sorry they’re just really backed up. They offered me a 30% discount off of NEXT order. I said if I couldn’t at least get a good discount off of this one I wanted refund and what a terrible experience for first time customer. They didn’t seem to mind losing customer they never had and just offered refund. Not even apology. Definitely suggest ordering from Revant instead. Ordered same lenses and had in less that 7 days.

Fuse is a great company, when my lenses had issues they were quick to respond and fix the issue. They went above and beyond. I will definitely purchase again and again.

Emailed contact support about an order that was taking longer than usual and immediately responded! They shipped the order right away with expedited shipping and got it in 2 days. I've been a customer from Fuse for many years and they have one of the fastest customer service I've seen. They always fixed your orders if there is any issue with them!

The customer service was fast friendly and lens I got first didn't fit exactly right and they answered me back immediately and I had another pair in a weeks time that fit perfectly couldn't be happier thanks again fuse.
