I loved my Fuse lenses so much that I wanted to order another pair, but then I realized you offered a one-time replacement warranty. I am hard on sunglasses no matter what, and I go through lenses every year or two. I followed the website’s directions and forwarded my original order info. I received a response in a few short days that a new pair would be shipped promptly. So far, I am overly satisfied with my Fuse lenses and the customer service I have received. I look forward to receiving my new/replacement lenses in the mail and will order from Fuse again.
