My order shipment looked lost and customer support quickly responded saying they would ship out a new set of lenses. Turns out both shipments eventually were delivered to me and customer service said to keep both sets as a backup! Great customer service.

I received new lenses with a couple of small scratches on them. The communication from Fuse Lenses to ensure satisfactory delivery made it easy to reach out and inform them of the issue. I sent in a picture of the scratches, and they started a replacement order immediately. I appreciate Kayla's fantastic customer service and great communication.

Amazing customer service! I recently purchased two different lens colors from Fuse. The fit, finish, and quality is outstanding. I was not real happy with one of the lens colors when I put them on, Fuse Customer service contacted me right away and asked if I would like a different lens color. I said I would like to try a different lens and they shipped out a different color lens and an upgraded lens right away. I will definitely be buying more lenses from this company.

Excellent quality,price and speedy shipment. However I ordered the wrong size. My fault. I contacted customer support and had a response from Alexandria almost immediately. Return label was emailed and lenses were mailed back same day. This frame size was nonstock, so they are making them up special. Who does that? Mind Blown!
