The support team helped me find the right size, and went above and beyond by recommending the shade that I was really looking for. It's nice to deal with companies like this who have your best interest in mind and want to take care of you! I'm a big fan now!

I purchased a set of replacement lenses for my Electric Knoxvilles back in 2022. They’ve been great but have gotten really scratched up at work. Today I broke a lens on my Ray Bans, and while shopping for a replacement for those, I came across Fuse’s warranty page, and saw that they offered a 1 free replacement on any lens purchased from them. I submitted a warranty claim for the Knoxvilles, and they are sending me a new pair of lenses, no questions asked, 3 years after initial purchase. Great customer service, and I’ll be continuing to use this company for any replacement lenses.

They honored their lifetime 1-time warranty and in a pretty fast time. Great product and great people.

I received the wrong lenses and reached out to the customer service department and received a quick response. They offered to send the new correct lenses as soon as I was able to send the model number of the glasses. it was a great experience and I love the lenses.

Lens are on par with quality of OEM Oakley lens which lasted 2 years. These one gave me 2 years and I felt I needed to redeem my warrenty lenses because I like really clear and crisp lenses. Alexandria and Fuse customer service are really great and gave zero hastle. Will definitely be going with them for future lenses!
