Fuse LensesReviews of fuselenses.com

At first I was skeptical of how a on line store would carry so many piece parts for so many sunglasses on the market. However from the first pair if replacement lenses an the top notch instructional videos. I will be a customer forever.. Great selection an top of the line folks work at Fuse. I look forward to many years of working together. Thank You Fuse Lenses!!

Very poor ordering system and customer service. We placed an order they automatically added another product which was not part of my original order. First attempt to pay was through PayPal but did not get confirmation and instead got an error message. I changed my mode of payment to CC and got charged for my original then for another product which I did not add. On top of that, the first transaction that was through PayPal was actually charged. I tried communicating to them with screenshots of the transactions and requested for a reversal since only one order was reflected. They keep on insisting that the order was valid without recognizing that there was an error in the system since 3 we have records of the 3 charges; 1. PayPal which was on error 2. CC which was the correct order 3. CC charge which was the “additonal offer” that was automatically added to the order to increase your spending for this company. I’ll be very happy to share to you all comminications and proof of my transactions.

*Edit* Customer service is still top notch, so upgrading my stars from 1 to 3. But I still don't want to deal with their products any more. Even when I sent in a pair of Oakleys with the original lenses in them, they were sent back to me without new lenses because apparently the nubs on the sides were worn and too hard to measure. Lenses are a pretty poor attempt at a proper fitting lens for original Half Wires, and the notches on the nose-side of the lenses won't even fit into the slots without removing the metal bridge with the nose pads attached. The only lenses I've ordered that have ever fit were ones for my original Flak sunglasses, probably because they have flexible plastic frames. Customer service was great in the past, but they need to be, since you have to contact them every time you order from this company. I give up. I'm done returning things to this company and I'm done buying things from this company. I don't want to hear from this company, I don't want some happy-go-lucky response to this review, I don't want a free return package, and I don't want any more of their hassle-cursed products. I just want their stuff out of my sight. I'll accept that I threw my money away and I'll just watch Ebay for authentic vintage lenses that actually fit.

I’ve had multiple orders from Fuse for my RayBans and this company is fantastic. The quality of the lenses is 10/10 and the customer service is 15/10. Shout out to Kayla who has been so quick to respond to my emails, informative, and just overall kind and caring. I am a customer for life.

Ordered replacement Oakley lenses, initially they looked and fitted well however after only a month of use the mirror coating started to peel. The original Oakley lenses have been put back and although nearly 20 years of use are in better condition than the fuse replacements.

Ordered my glasses almost a month ago. I understand there’s time to cut my prescription glasses. I was given a ship out date which didn’t happen, then I asked again and was given a different date same result. Now I can’t get an answer to emails, even tried to reach them via Instagram to no avail and there’s no way to call. I should’ve checked reviews before placing my order. Update 9/27/23 After reaching out via Instagram for an update I got an answer 4 hours and 30 minutes later with a sorry but we are very busy and had issues. As mentioned if you go to the website you will not find a phone number to call. So I went back to IG and ask for the phone number. Got an answer with not just the number but also a comment telling me that their number is listed on google. What company does that? Why should I have to google a phone number to reach customer service? Emails aren’t working. To this day and time I haven’t gotten a reply of my emails. Let’s see if they ship out my glasses. Expedited I was told. Well, I surely hope and expect so. Update: I did receive my glasses on the date promised but I had asked for transition lenses and they didn’t send those. I reached back and they told me to keep the clear ones and that they would send me the transitions in a week. They did and I have them both now. Not the best experience but they made it up in a better way.

These lenses cost the same as replacement lenses from Oakley, and the Fuse are a much lower quality. I wouldn't recommend purchasing these whatsoever.

The lenses they sent for my Oakley Holbrooks aren’t even close to fitting. They also didn’t machine the groove all the way around one of the lenses. I’m sending them back for a refund. I do not recommend this company. It looks like a child tried to make my lenses.
