I emailed in the evening to ask about my one-time warranty replacement for lens I recently scratched. I did not expect a response until at least the next day. Not only did I receive a prompt response from Kayla, she had everything set up to fulfill my request. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I received a response and resolution to my question and problem.

Great products with great customer service. I've had custom lenses made for a pair of Raybans and also replaced my Frogskins lenses when the originals had too many scratches on them. Finally when I had an issue with one of the replacements for my Frogskins, they replaced them under their warranty. Fuse will be the only place I buy lenses for my sunglasses.

Fast resolution to my purchasing the wrong lens. I was told the correct lens was on the way without even having to ask how the exchange would work.

About to order another set of lenses and saw where the warranty is no questions asked no matter the issue. Emailed them and they responded quickly and confirmed my address and another pair is on the way. These lenses are even better than the oak factory lenses
