Replacing lenses was quick and easy.

I have ordered all of my replacement lenses from Fuse and they have always been of the best quality-the main reason I only order from them. On top of this if there is an issue they get right with me and go through what can be done or options I have. No different when I was able to speak with Kayla over and issue with some scratching. She handled it as fast as one could and satisfactory as I could have wished for. If you are looking for a good company that has been around and a stand up company Fuse Lenses rocks this-highly recommend these guys!!

I bought lenses over a year ago for a pair of sunglasses and recently had an accident that caused one of the lenses to receive huge scratches in the field of view. I went to order more and remembered they have a no questions asked one time exchange and decided to email the company. They were more than eager to send me a replacement pair with absolutely zero hassle! I cannot recommend this company enough, not only for the quality lenses, but their quality costumer satisfaction!

I had placed my second order to fuse for replacement lenses. Upon receiving them, I thought I got the model of the frames wrong. So I reached out to customer service to request a return and ask what my options were. In turn I received the highest level of customer service and support I’ve had in years. They over the top wanted to make things right and with help on making sure I had the right lenses for my frames. 2 thumbs up, 3 if I had one.

Amazing product! I have bought 2 different sets of lenses for 2 different brands of glasses I have and both were a perfect fit. Plus there customer service is unlike any others. Quick to answer your questions and very helpful. Plus there 1 few replacement warranty is Amazing! I Won't be buying replacement lenses for my glasses from anywhere else

My lenses HAVE NOT been delivered. The shipping states that they were. They HAVE NOT been delivered and our "neighbours" do not have them as an email suggested. Nor should they. Impossible not to get our address correct in that we have Christmas lights illuminating the entire place. Will be contacting our credit card company as to this "fraudulent" hustle FUSE Lenses is pulling. Update...... Fuse Customer Service has reached out immediately. Rosina from Fuse sent a nice email and has offered to ship another pair of lenses if the lenses are not delivered today. I will keep all updated.
