AI nightmare
Terrible, terrible customer service and everything about the whole process either is AI or feels like it is AI. I think I finally emailed with a real human being and she helped me, but the whole experience was a nightmare. Had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get to the nearest lab, THEN found out I’d have to come back because lab was out of some test tubes. Couldn’t get rescheduled with verification that they’d have the tubes the next time. The website is confusing to navigate and who knows who they are selling my data to. Once I’ve gotten my labs done this year I will NEVER have anything to do with this company again.

Great experience (start -> finish)
Great experience all the way from reading the overview of the process, scheduling the labs, completing the labs, and reviewing the lab results. The results were timely, with each item covered in comfortable detail. The clinical notes provided a roadmap for me to improve my overall wellness.

Really like the efficiency it receiving results. The explanations of clear for a layperson and the platform generally is very user friendly. Highly recommend.

It has been more than 4 weeks and less…
It has been more than 4 weeks and less than half results have been published. Frustrating customer service - fully and only AI enabled. You cannot reach a person - so you have no idea what is going on. "Clinician Notes" have already been published without all results available - which means this is also AI generated. The results were triggered after a certain date without checking if all details were available.
