I really liked the ease of using Function and the option to tailor the tests to my needs. I especially like the follow-up tests to see if the changes I made were effective. The reports were very clear, and the explanations presented offered various solutions to improve my health.

I really enjoyed my initial experience with Function Health. I think that they offer a great service with good value for the money. The major point that I take issue with is the way they administer their promotions. First, when their annual rate was $499 a year, the offered a special rate for new customers of $365/year. It's frustrating when a company values new customer acquisition and growth over loyal customers. Then, after a few months, they dropped their rates down to $365 for everyone. I was excited that this was their new approach. Then I received an email offering a $100 discount off the rate to celebrate the Supp.co acquisition. Even though I hadn't been an active subscriber for a full year, I was deemed ineligible as a former member. Again and again, they seem to prove that they prioritize new customer acquisition over maintaining or continuing relationships. This is a Health company. I hate having to deal with them like a Cable or Satellite Radio subscription. I am super excited about their recent acquisition about supp.co, but until they change their customer service practices, I'll likely stay with the other provider that I found in their absence.

Great experience! The process was easy, the lab testing was comprehensive, and the results were presented in a clear, easy-to-understand format. I feel much more informed about my health and appreciate the detailed insights. I would definitely recommend Function Health to anyone looking to take a proactive approach to their health.

I found the overall experience to be fine. Test results are uploaded very efficiently and the details of the test results is really through. I found this to be a total value for money.

I love being able to see my biologic age and get a round of blood work just to make sure things are looking good. I wish the clinical notes didn’t seem like AI wrote them. It’s nice to be able to order tests without a having to go to a PCP first. My energy was feeling really low so I did an iron panel and my ferritin was way low. So I was about to start supplementing and retest my ferritin later to confirm it was back in range. Grateful to be able to try this out.
