Scheduling if your period is unpredictable is awful, and Quest is horrible. The concierge service was great but they are booked out and my tech didn't give me a wipe for a clean catch so my sample was contaminated.

More information than the typical lab draws and excellent provider reports with actionable education and recommendations. Became aware of correctable issues that I otherwise would have never known about. Excellent service and value along with a reasonable price.

My follow up lab results were compromised because I took supplements and creatine less than eight hours prior to lab draws. Function guidance on taking supplements in the window of lab draws is not consistent and guidance is lacking. Ultimately it was my fault but there was not supplement guidance immediately prior to labs.

Function is the best thing to happen to American healthcare. It's so easy, reliable, and accessible. I love the AI feature, as someone who is wanting to learn more about my individual health and biomarkers, it has been extremely useful.
