I am FURIOUS! I just got charged $499 but I had no idea my Function Health membership was recurring. I got no notification that I would be charged and think this is highly unethical! I just went in and cancelled my membership but also demanded a refund for the $499 I was just charged without my knowledge. The only way I could do that is via a text message, so I’m not even sure that will work.

I was really looking forward to the idea of having a clearer picture of my health and adjustments I might make to improve things through Function and at first was excited as the results started coming in. There was one odd result though: they said I had rh negative blood, which is not true. I figured it might have been an mis-entry by their staff and still dove into my results with vigor. They advised dietary changes and I took all of them on. Six months later, when I did my follow up labs, nothing had improved. In fact some things got slightly worse. These results combined with that error on my blood type has removed my confidence in the service. It is a lot of money to pay for advice that provides zero results.

I have used function health, now for a year and had 2 sets of tests done, Love how I have tried to improve my health using the results I got, I Highly recommend this program

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I paid $499 to purchase a gift membership for my father, who is low-income. I love him a lot, and care about his health. He can't order a *single test* without providing a credit card for recurrent billing (which he can't afford). WHY did I pay for a year's membership - that should supposedly include 2 tests - when they can't be used?! There is no customer service # and they're sending auto replies to my emails.

Joined in July 2024 and have had three testing experiences. Couldn't have asked for a more insightful, data-driven, and motivating journey. As someone who travels a lot, Function's convenience and ease of access have really helped me stay on top of health areas that need attention. Just had my second annual test and it is super helpful to track multiple data points across so many health categories. I appreciate their clinical team's credibility and focus on respecting health privacy.

I am giving one star because I can’t give zero. I purchased additional tests from function health. I paid for them. Their website is not helping me and their chat feature customer service is a terrible experience. You wait and wait and get generic responses and then you wait and wait and have no way to get helped. You can’t speak to anyone. I like the product but if there is a problem the problem becomes yours. If the representatives are real people they are trying to help several people at the same time and there is no continuity and the reps don’t have the tools to respond or let you know if they are trying to help or what they are doing. Maybe they can answer basic issues but can’t help if there is a real problem with their process. I believe in my case there is a problem. I am tremendously frustrated! I purchased tests about a month ago and still don’t know how to schedule the labs for these additional tests. HELP!!!!

Function helped me uncover issues that would not have been caught in my regular PCP visits. Scheduling was super simple and I started receiving my results in 24 hours! Definitely plan on renewing to see my progress over time
