The completeness of reports and Notes.

The simplicity of getting recommended foods and supplements based on your biomarkers is something that was previously never available but will become the future of preventative healthcare. This is an evolving technology and assimilating it with conventional preventative medicine may require some additional consideration.

Second round was very clunky. I did not know which biomarkers were being measured. I have several that were out of range and I have no idea if they have improved. I send several help desk request and the answers were inaccurate and confused. I still do not know which bio markers to expect. Pretty frustrating experience for those who are working to improve health

The time of waiting for symptoms to see a Dr and then being dependent on them to improve your health is long past! Function Health empowers me to monitor critical metrics of my health and in consultation with my Dr, make effective adjustments to proactively optimize each aspect of my health.

Ease of joining, scheduling and doing the labs - each time - watching the results populate my account, learning what I needed to know to take control of my health. Only one minor thing... speeding up the clinician notes would be great however, technically, that is just a summary of each biomarker result and you could summarize yourself.

Function Health made it very easy to have a wide array of blood test done that are much more comprehensive than what my primary care doctor requests. The results I received brought my attention to a few areas that needed addressing and were never highlighted by my doctor. I liked that suggested supplements were recommended based on my first round of tests and by my second round problem areas were still out of range but were getting better. However, the clinical notes took much longer to arrive than anticipated. Getting the notes sooner would be an improvement I would recommend.
