Guidelines for what additional tests to take and what foods to eat.

When I joined a couple of years ago i performed two independent tests months apart from each other to see the progress. Last year I was told to take the two tests with in two weeks from each other for more accurate test results. Request doesn't makes sense and probably is more financial, since it will cost more to provide two independent reports every six months or so instead of one per year. How do i go back to testing every six months or so?

Getting information that doctors won't test for and insurance won't pay for. My favorite part is finding out how old I am metabolically....working on lowering it is the challenge

Easy to get the tests locally two problems 1 I was unable to download for my physician into his lab base 2 I think it would be good to automatically repeat any test that was out of range in the first test

I got the information via bloodwork and feedback that I was looking for to have a better understanding of my health via most modern blood testing. I can now have more of that done locally after investigating the possibility through the local blood labs. Food & supplement suggestions were helpful in improving certain situations.

Function Health is all about getting the data you need to have informed conversations with the health professionals in your life. I joined so that I came to our meetings with information and perspective, instead of a doctor or health person telling me what I needed to so without any explanation of the "why". This has increased my confidence in some directions taken but also informed my pushback when a direction that does not make immediate sense is presented. I now feel armed to be a partner in my health journey, which is what I should be.

I really like this service but it can be hard to figure out which series of tests the clinician is commenting on, especially if you have multiple results after a couple years. I have commented on this issue before but I don’t know if it has been resolved.
