Awesome insight, price point and overall experience. Would be better if the second test matched exactly what was tested the first time instead of making you pay extra for the same testing. Otherwise, anything that is out of range should be included in the retest.

The explanations of each marker

In terms of the blood draws, etc, it was fantastic. It cost so much less than me trying to do the same thing out of pocket now that I am on medicare. The feedback in terms of food, supplements, etc was not terrible helpful. I would have wanted a way to have had a little back and forth with questions with the person who reviewed my results. For instance, my lipids look very borderline/high and a lot of the feedback was skewed to this. I wasn’t able to let them know that I have had 2 coronary artery Ct scans of “zero” over the past 10 years. Things that might have changed how I was given feedback. On my wish list is also a way to use our DNA as added input, to address known vulnerabilities, etc.

I liked the ease of lab scheduling and promptness of result availability. However, the post results assessment obviously did not tie at all to the detailed medical background I provided at first signup.

Looking into the body as to what is going on by making blood draws convenient, reports back easy to understand and making suggestions easy to follow to get back into range.

This is a great resource and well worth the cost. In the current healthcare environment we need options available that will educate and motivate us to take our health into our own hands through diet and lifestyle. If you want to be proactive instead of reactive when it comes to taking good care of yourself Function is a great option.

I like how thorough the first test of the year was, but was disappointed at how much less was done in the second blood draw. It’s nice to be able to order tests without finding a doctor, but these results take so long to be made available to us. It would be helpful if you would work with Medicare. Some of us really struggle to pay for this. I ordered a relatively new blood test—a year old. But the test I got was the year old one when a newer, more accurate high sensitivity test is already out. I paid $800. Then I found Dr Dale Bredesen’s site, Apollo Health, where I bought the newer test plus two other biomarker tests for the price I bought your 1 older test for. I had to buy again to confirm the accuracy. This test is too important to get wrong. I regret having wasted the money for your older less accurate test which doesn’t even include the two other highly relevant biomarker tests!

The value was very good. My results seemed off and in fact were corrected, but many,many months later. I do not trust the service.
