I liked the composite of tests (not your analysis) I did not like the AI based dialogue - ex: 1st test my profile said I was vegetarian. OK, after testing & much research I changed my diet to Ketogenic. 2nd test - I stated I changed diet selection to ketogenic. Based on the 2nd test results - your AI explanation didn't change. Always referencing vegan. I called, twice - never got anything changed. So I researched everything (NIH Med, etc.) - and found some - of your conclusions are based old medical dogma.

Absolute horrible customer service. it stared off ok and went south really quickly. you can get the same testing done at a lot less of a price. they have no customer service, only able to get email or a text response. Did first test in June and expected over 100 plus results back and never got them. texted them and they said i needed another vist to get the rest of the results, so it was schelduled in July. Finaly got them and had to go for a third blood draw in december. i was supposed to get 100.00 for a refferal to them and it never happened. ive been using banking systems over 40 yearsand never seen a buisness like this. please be aware this is a horrible service and is not worth it.

While the only lab I can go to is about 2 hours away, it is well worth it to get the information I needed to work on controlling my insulin resistance,A1C getting the knowledge that will get me there is a good start.

the results were easy to read and understand. the option to print and share electronically was extremely helpful to share with doctors. I also found many other resources, including pod casts, books, and supplements that I trust to be good quality compared to off the shelf somewhere. Have discovered lots of info to help guide me through menopause and aging

Poor customer service. Poor data details and worst of all no way to export data to Apple health or mychart. They are constantly updating there backend and it is getting better.

Test don’t guess. Such an easy way to take more control of your health. Function does everything for you, all you do is give some blood and wait. I recommend it to many friends, I am glad companies like function exist.

Terrible service. Waited 45 minutes each on two different blood draws. People have schedules - may want to be on time.
