My quest lab smelled of puke. It took 5 weeks to get my results, and they all trickled in slowly rather than in 1 go. Was nerve wracking to keep refreshing, and I ended up worried about something that turned out to be totally normal. I also had a hard time interpreting my results, and wish they would do more than just send you the info -- I'm not a doctor and don't want to spend hours on ChatGBT trying to figure out if there is something wrong with me

I would have appreciated a phone call follow-up to discuss the results. But I appreciated the emails and the supplement advice and I discovered I have a great deal of food allergies that I was unaware of. I also referred a few friends to your service. I think the concept is great.

Reasonable price for all the testing. My own PC wouldn’t have ordered most of these tests.

Information improved my health. Specific items to add or subtract from the diet are helpful. Conditions I was unaware of are made clear. Supplement interactions are indicated for danger and supported for improved health.

my dr said it would cost 1,500 to do though insurance and suggested to get this test and she would read the results. so so helpful!

This was my first experience with Function Health, and I really enjoyed it! I do regular annual check-ups and blood tests with my primary care physician, but with Function Health, I had an amazing opportunity to test a much wider range of markers than I routinely test. This gave me some insight on some areas I can improve on, along with ways to improve, which I would not have otherwise known about had I not done this testing. I will be continuing to use this service in the future and recommend everyone do the same if they are able to!

Customer support won me over. They promptly granted a refund for an add-on test I changed my mind about due to being split across draws.

Having an ability to provide additional health info and ask questions to a physician before the report is delivered would be helpful. We’ll see how the follow up labs go. I also would like to have access to my results through Quest or Apple so i can share them easier with my care teams.
