Wonderful in every way. WELL worth the money, plus you can use HSA/FSA funds to cover it (we did). Really thorough testing and thorough details on the results! Extremely useful. Get the baseline info on your health for an inexpensive price. Clear and detailed information on their website, very simple to navigate and simple to go through the process of setting up the tests and getting your results.

Tried to become a customer. Taking payment was easy. Getting an actual lab appointment or speaking with any customer service person about it, no chance. There’s got to be a better option.

Waste of $365. Looks months to finally get my clinical results which were pathetic. I could have found the same info with Google. They also use AI to generate your clinical results and other plans on their website. Complete waste of money. Just go to Quest and do it yourself.

Excellent service. I am really happy with it. However, Function Health will NOT work with you to substantiate your purchase for FSA purposes. No matter what request I made, their replies sounded like a broken record: They don't do this... They don't do that. So be ready to see your FSA claims denied and just pay directly out of pocket. Hence the three stars. But let me be clear: It's totally worth it.
