I paid for an annual Function Health membership primarily for the comprehensive lab testing benefit. My experience was a failure on every level. The Quest location I was sent to was visibly unsanitary. The blood draw was mishandled by the technician. And most importantly — my lab results were lost. I never received them. The entire point of the membership, delivered to me: nothing. When I contacted Function to request a full refund, they acknowledged the issues and said they were 'escalating' the lab complaints internally — but still refused a full refund, citing their standard policy. They offered roughly half back. I accepted the partial refund but want other consumers to know: if the service fails, don't expect them to make it right. I would not recommend Function Health to anyone unless they are confident the lab process will go smoothly — because if it doesn't, you're on your own.

They are an amazing company. They saved my life and keep me healthy. I hope they can do the same for you! I recommend them to all my friends and family and even have helped them sign up. Best value for the money as I don't know anywhere else that I could get this amount of testing for the prices they offer. If you need extra help there customer service is responsive and knowledgeable.
