Had to call Support many times because they canceled my second blood test for some reason. Whoever it was was not very informed that I had paid for two blood test, but he had canceled it for some reason. And then I tried to add it back on and he said I didn’t need it. Hmmmmm?

I am very impressed with both the app and the website. It is very easy to understand the markers and the clinician notes pull the whole picture together. There is a section that helps you narrow down what to focus on, diet-wise and where to start with supplements.
