First, it took six weeks to get my results and I never heard from a clinician about my results. I will be requesting some type of refund and will never refer this company.

The app works great. I think that I got some really valuable information from it. The process is streamlined very well. I have no complaints. Love the clinicians notes summarizing everything.

The labs are great to have and seem relatively comprehensive (at least compared to what you get through a primary provider). However, the "clinician notes" have a lot of room for improvement. It is VERY clear that the "clinician notes" are not in fact written by a real clinician and are rather AI generated. I can only hope that they are reviewed and approved by a clinician but I don't have that confidence. The "clinician notes" are FAR TOO LONG AND REPETITIVE, and also lack pointing you in the proper next step direction-- sure there are some suggested lifestyle changes, but other than that it says to "discuss with your primary doctor"-- two big issues for me with that: 1) most primary doctors are not well versed in functional blood tests, 2) some results should indicate that a specialist should be the next step (e.g., in my case-- after extensive research on MY OWN END, my next best step based on my results is a preventative cardiologist). I expected a real clinician to be reviewing my personal results and providing recommendations based on them (summarized in a succinct, easy to understand way) and that's not what you get with this.
