It was easy to schedule
It was easy to schedule. The instructions for pre-blood draws were easy and concise. The Quest personnel in my area were great. I'm a hard patient as my veins are very hard to find, and if found they revolt at giving anything up. But they got it done! The results were timely and the Clinician Notes are mostly understandable. Much more so than what I get when the hospital sends me something.

I love the detail and the markers that…
I love the detail and the markers that allow me to make informed decisions. However, it looks as though there were less markers this time.

The process was a breeze
The process was a breeze, the results started trickling in fast, the UI/UX on both web & app are flawless. One thing I never really felt was 'closure' after the results came in. Maybe I was overlooking something major here but I didn't know if it was going to stop at 120, 124 or 125? I'm still uncertain as to whether or not I'm missing one bio-marker? I think you guys need a large crisp number at the top that says "___ of 125" so that I can see what's arrived and when it ends.. Hope that makes sense. That's about it. All else is perfect-o. Thx.

It’s worth it!
I greatly value Function Health and the insight I recieve from them on my lab values. … I have been using Function for 5 years now and will continue to do so. My husband is a NP and also highly recommends the importance of looking deeper and taking your health into your own hands. … AI within their site can answer questions for you that you have. Highly recommend!
