The process of getting labs done is very efficient and easy. However the clinical summary is informative regarding the lab results except for abnormal labs, it just recommends “see your healthcare provider “. It would be nice to get more specific advice about next steps.

Labs are on point. Personalized result interpretations are absolutely the best teaching and prevention for my current health status, my past failures to eat the right things, and my future health plans / goals to flourish. So happy I learned of Function and am adding my grown children one at a time too.

I love everything about Function Health except would like to see new input (user updates in medical history or scan results from Ezra) reflected/factored in) promptly in our personal assessment—such as foods and supplements recommended, biological age, and reports. This should be a simple matter of triggering an AI bot. I have recommended Function Health to family members and friends and some have already become members. Yay!

Very extensive analysis of my lab results with suggestions for supplements and diet to improve results outside of normal ranges. Helpful to be able to obtain lab results from so many areas of health; much more detailed than typical physician ordered wellness labs. Good value for the money.

Most recently I just wanted to check my cholesterol after having taken a statin for one month. It was easier, less expensive to just go through Function Health than go to my primary provider. Plus I have a history of previous tests that I can compare my results to monitor my progress.

I am disappointed that I had to reach out multiple times to find out that I needed to go get my labs tested twice because the order was split into two. This was not shared with me until multiple check ins about why I had not received all of my lab results. It not only feels deceptive but also my schedule is a lot less flexible now because I have returned to school. I could have taken care of it in two sessions much easier had I known before. I also wonder had I not inquired, would I have even received the tests. The only option for scheduling in my app is the 3-6 month follow up lab session.
