I found communicating with your company…FRUSTRATING!
I found communicating with your company VERY frustrating. I kept searching for a phone number so I could actually speak with someone and work out the difficulties I was having with your company, but no number was available. In addition, when your operator did call me, it was from a private line. This did not feel very official. I found the entire experience exasperating and truly annoying.
