Thank you Fulfilla team! My two big parcels are now delivered to Russia! It took about 3 weeks without any problems! And a price is more than affordable for this hard time. Also I took an insurance and it is also affordable! Thanks, highly appreciate your business!

Heartbroken
Worst customer service in the world. This has actually been a huge disservice and has caused a lot of undue stress for me. DO NOT USE.

Dear, Dominic! You wrote to our support team the following: "I received the refund, but I still do not consider this matter to be resolved. Those items were of sentimental value that cannot be replaced monetarily. Clearly someone with your company stole my items because they considered the Jordan sneakers to be of value and it seems there are many other people who have experienced a similar issue. I suggest you find out who stole this package and refer them to the proper authorities. Until then, I will continue to send negative reviews on TrustPilot every single day until your score is an absolute zero. " As it was explained to you several times it was a human factor that caused the loss of your package. We confirmed and pleaded guilty and provided you a full compensation. There is no value in your goods for a random person and your accusations of stealing are unfounded. We are terribly sorry that your package was lost and we did everything we could to find your package and to make amends, but you were intend to revenge for this mistake. We are confident that this action is a fraud. You definitely have a right to be upset and express your opinion, but one package and one case equals one feedback, no matter positive or negative. Since this platform cannot prove that the following reviews are also yours and delete or omit them, we had to reply with a copy of your dialog with our support team proving that you received a full refund and was never left unanswered .

Fraud. They steal your valuables and then there is no way to get a hold of anyone. No phone number and they reply to emails at their own leisure. They should be ashamed.

Another day and Fulfilla refuses to respond to requests for reimbursement for a valuable package that I trusted them with. It’s supposedly been at their warehouse since 5/19, however they are unwilling to take the time to try and find it and will not respond to my emails for a reimbursement for the $500 in valuables that one of their employees must have stolen. This is sickening.

Thank you Fulfilla team. My package was delivered. It took a while, and some things which fell under sanctions were seized, but everything else is OK. Thank you .

Devastated. Fulfilla has lost my package and Alexandra and Antonio have not been helpful at all. In fact, just interacting with them has made me more and more frustrated each time. Don’t use this service. They will literally rob you of your sentimental belongings.

Untrustworthy. This company will lie and lie and lie and then just stop responding. You will regret it.

Horrible experience. They will lose your package and then lie to you for months about sending reimbursement. I am not sure how they are allowed to operate like this. It seems illegal.
