I just walked out of the Fry's food store on Combs and Gantzel. Tried to do the self-checkout had three different women that couldn't figure out how to price my merchandise. I was actually embarrassed for them. They had no answers to my questions. They were completely rude, and they just walked away from me. Probably won't ever shop at Fry's again. This happens every time I go in there and try to use their app or try and get sale prices that they never honor.

so convenient to have them right at the end of my block…… But I need to find another grocery store. The fruit is always rotten, And forget about purchasing meat the meat is absolutely terrible at Fry locations. What happened to them? It is terrible that they don’t take pride in the quality of their food.

I visited Frys Foods today to redeem my Frys coupon for a free gallon of Arizona green tea. I discovered a completely empty shelf and none in the back. Why doesn't this store learn from its mistakes? The shelf should be full not empty. I will say this is a type of false advertising. Most of the other types of Arizona tea are empty as well. Pathetic but true whoever is ordering is incompetent.

I went to the Fry’s store around 10pm without knowing the store closes at 10pm. I got a couple of things including grapes that was at $3.99, but machine was showing $7.99. When asked for help, a young woman came over and said I need a digital coupon. When I asked if it’d take long to use the coupon, she got annoyed and raised her voice saying: “Do you know we are closed?!”. When I said well your door and a cashier machine was open? She ignored me and left me, whenI called her, she said: settle down! When I said I need her name , she answered with rude voice: no you don’t, asked again, she kept saying the same. Then she threatened to call security if I didn’t leave. I told her I will return to find out her name and she said that would be creepy. Such rude customer service, who keeps such a rude employee? She will do it again, wherever place she will be working at. Definitely will avoid Fry’s , they need to do better with customer service. Such an upsetting experience. There were two men standing next to her, at least they were not rude, it almost seemed like the woman was trying to impress them with her bold attitude towards the customer. In the past, one of them was always polite, he works in that area often. Such a bad attitude!

On Aug 21 , I went to the store in Apache Junction AZ @ 7:30 pm. My husband and I had an incident with an employee at a register. The manager was called and helped but when I walked away the employee said something bad about me. So we went home and called the store to talk to the same manager. I told him what was said and he said it doesn’t matter and I tried to tell him she was very pushy and kept interrupting me. Is this a way a manager talks to a customer on phone? We were so embarrassed the he had to pay only 3$ so I can get out the door. This is the only store we have here. But if this is how we are going to be treated than I don’t want to go back!! I think we will avoid shopping there all together and just get our food at food banks! I will not put up with insults and managers not taking the time to listen to customers!!!

At the checkout point, the checker dropped my eggs on the counter. She opened the carton, and said things looked OK. When I got home it was easy to see that 3 eggs were broken and useless. Maybe she had a bad day, but she seemed so very rushed that she just wanted to get rid of me. It made me want to go back and challenge her about the eggs. But, I didn't do it.

Spent a lot of time in store trying to scan the in-store coupons. Did not work. Do you really think seniors are getting the specials when we have to jump thru all the hoops? Way too much work to shop frys Now. Changing grocery stores! .
