I shop at Frys, Safeway, Bashas, Trader Joes, and my recent experience at Frys (not sure which as I shop at both, either 64th and Greenway or Hayden and Thompson Peak) has disgusted me. i shall never purchase Frys milk again, the last 2 half gallon purchases of whole milk have gone rancid several days before posted expiration dates, smell, texture-it thickens, and is gross. This coupled with their terrible system for fuel points-the last several times I had to call the 800 # to get my points as system did not accept my information has frustrated. And so, Safeway shall get more of my business in the future, sorry Frys, this from a very long term customer who has gone sour on you!

Frys 2727 Lindsay and Broadway is not a good store, 100% don't recommend

After a year of getting the yearly boost for delivery my local store suddenly does not deliver 9.5 out of 10 times. I asked for a refund on the remaining 10 months and was told I am past the refund time. The best they could do was $30. I should have been past $82.50. I am disabled and driving to the store is not a option so this has a big impact both financially and in getting my food.

I have been using Fry's Pharmacy. Recently thay have "improved" their customer service by using AI for the pharmacy that asks you when you try to refill a prescription if "you are a customer". Why the hell would I be calling to renew a prescription if I were not a customer? The new and improved AI does not give enough time to enter the prescription number causing the program to go to another segment or start again. Most recently, it did not recognize me as a customer by asking for another phone number. At no time does it offer to connect you to the Pharmacy staff. I do not recommend this pharmacy unless you have endless time to waste.

I was in Fry's on 24th Street and baseline at close to 10:00 p.m. on the 29th of July when a big fire broke out in the cashier area employees began to scatter in fear. But one young man did not he promptly spotted a fire extinguisher took it and put out the fire I think his name was Solomon and he works in produce. Even if he does not think so he is a hero.

I placed an order on-line for $80 worth of groceries that were to be delivered between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. today. It is now 3:30 p.m. and the delivery has not arrived. I have been trying to reach Instacart (Fry's 3rd party delivery provider) since 11:30 a.m. and receive the same "please call back later" response. I then attempted to resolve this directly with the Fry's location at 1311 E. Bell Rd. in Phoenix and was transferred multiple times. When I finally reached someone in the "pickup department" the male customer service representative was rude and demeaning, talked over me and then hung up before taking down my information. I just canceled the trial delivery for Fry's and because of the unacceptable treatment by its customer service "pickup" department staff will no longer shop at this or any other Fry's location.

I worked at frys for a month. Had all of 5 minutes training on the register and made 1 mistake and got fired. The company sucks.
