I really wanted to love Froya Organics
10/12/2025: Let me be very clear. I don’t mind skincare brands promoting their products. What I do mind is being treated like people who have never opened a science book, or worse, people who can’t recognize a biological impossibility when they see one. I recently came across an advertisement claiming that a simple “anti-aging balm” made a deep post-surgery facial scar vanish in two weeks. Not improve. Not soften. Disappear. In. Fourteen. Days. Scientifically, that is about as realistic as regrowing a missing limb after applying enough moisturizer. Let’s quickly revisit how human skin works (I know the marketers skipped this part): 1. Inflammation (days 1–7) – red, swollen, stitches, the whole party. 2. Proliferation (days 7–21) – pink, raised, fragile tissue. 3. Remodeling (up to 12 months) – the scar slowly flattens and fades. 4. Maturation (12–24 months) – final appearance. No cream, no serum, no magical balm overrides human physiology. Even NASA doesn’t have that technology, but apparently this company does. The before/after pictures in the ad were even more insulting: • The “before” photo showed fresh stitches. • The “after 2 weeks” photo showed a perfectly smooth cheek, no redness, no swelling, no scar — essentially a completely healed face, the kind that usually appears MONTHS after surgery, not days. Different lighting, different angle, different skin texture… possibly even a different person. But sure, let’s pretend it was the cream. Using cancer patients’ stories as emotional bait is not marketing, it’s manipulation. And no amount of glossy packaging can hide that. I have completely lost trust in brands that rely on fabricated testimonials and biologically impossible results. If your product worked even half as well as your advertisement claims, you wouldn’t need AI-generated stories, miracle timelines, or misleading photos. Please respect your customers’ intelligence. Some of us actually understand how skin healing works. Until then: 0/5 – Great science fiction, terrible skincare. 09/12/2025: I'm requested to send more info to Froya Organics but I cannot even find my order ! I did buy the day & night cream. I can send you a pic with me on it and the date ! So, here is another issue... No client order history. We cannot find our orders... If you cannot either, I don't know what to say. It's even worse. I really wanted to love Froya Organics, but I’m not fully convinced. The textures of the day and night creams are pleasant, but I have the strange feeling that the products are not as hydrating as expected. I often feel the need to reapply, which makes me question the real effectiveness of the formulas. What also disappointed me is the lack of transparency: – no clear indication of active ingredient concentrations, – no scientific explanation of how the formulas work, – and no clinical data to support the anti-age claims. For a brand that positions itself as high-quality and plant-based, these details matter. On top of that, some of the marketing practices feel misleading. The famous “–50%” discount only applies if you activate the subscription for the expensive pack at 287€ and only to the first order. This is not clearly communicated and creates a false sense of affordability. I was also surprised to see the brand strongly criticising ingredients like retinol or hyaluronic acid without offering any scientific evidence. This kind of fear-based messaging feels more like marketing than skincare education. Overall, I’m left uncertain and unconvinced. The creams are pleasant to use, but the hydration is not strong enough for me, and the lack of transparency combined with the promotional tactics makes me hesitate to trust the brand fully. I hope Froya will improve its communication and offer clearer, more honest information in the future.
