Great company, great people
This is a great company with top notch products with no garbage in them-a little on the pricy side but understandable. I recently (a couple months ago) purchased some of their products that were on sale and made a subscription by accident which got charged the other day. Problem was I can’t afford it at this point so I contacted them asking for a refund and to cancel the order. They emailed me back that same day with confirmation that they canceled and refunded me. I couldn’t believe how sweet they were! I am forever grateful for their understanding. Thank you Froya Organics :)

Be aware that you're automatically signed up to some subscription plan if you buy a product, which means you have to pay for a second order. Its not possible to cancel before.

The best products I’ve used
I love this product so much. The smell, the consistency and how it makes my skin fell luxurious! Mt favorite. I have both the anti aging and the anti wrinkle balm!

Fabulous Products
The arrived in a quick manner. The smells from the products is amazing. The way they make your skin from the first usage is amazing. I've been using for two weeks now and I already see an improvement in my skin. I was having trouble with Roscsea acne and using harsh prescriptions but now I don't have to. My skin isn't broke and is very soft. I can't wait to see how much more it transforms my skin with continued use

Misleading, Opaque and Appalling Customer Service
My experience with Frøya Organics has been nothing short of appalling. A subscription appeared on my account without my clear consent, and when I tried to cancel it immediately, the website simply didn’t allow it. My cancellation request was ignored by AIbot messages and the order was shipped anyway despite the promise my message would be handled by a human. Support is effectively nonexistent. I was promised a prepaid return label — which never arrived. After my first Trustpilot review, I finally received a human reply, but still no return label. When I followed up, I was AGAIN answered by a bot. In my experience, the company does not care about its customers and does not keep its promises. I was told my subscriptions had been cancelled, yet my online portal still shows upcoming deliveries, making me seriously doubt anything has been resolved. It now appears that this second review is necessary just to finally secure: 1. cancellation of all subscriptions, and 2. the prepaid return label that should have been provided from the start. I have already blocked all future payments through my credit card provider. I want my money refunded and no further connection with this company.

Finding the perfect mature skin hydration products has been a challenge — Until Now!
Finding the perfect mature skin moisturizer has been a challenge for me — especially in the under eye area. I’ve tried numerous “systems” and products but none really left my skin feeling moisturized. When I learned about Froya, I was immediately impressed with the ingredients and aligned to the skin care philosophy so I was willing to give it a try. I’m only a few weeks in but I’ve already noticed that my under eye area stays hydrated all day and night. I love that a little goes a long way too! I’m sold so far!

I have needs using it since 3 weeks
I have needs using it since 3 weeks! And to tell you the truth it’s going very good! It’s super comfortable, my skin feels healthy. I would like to wait for to a bit more to completely confirm.
