Unfortunately, I cannot review the products themselves because I still haven’t received my order. What I can say, however, is that the communication with the company has been extremely poor. I have contacted them repeatedly by email regarding my order, which was supposedly shipped almost a month ago, but I still have no information or update on where it is or when I can expect to receive it. Despite several emails and being told that the issue would be looked into, I have not received any meaningful assistance or a clear explanation. Very disappointing customer service and communication UPDATE You asked me to change my review, but the reason I do not wish to change it is precisely what I described in the review itself. The unfortunate part is that I had to leave a negative review in order to finally receive a response and a solution, despite having sent you repeated emails without receiving any response. I am not someone who normally leaves either positive or negative reviews. I simply felt that, in this case, it was the only way to get your attention and receive a response to my repeated emails. That is exactly why I do not wish to change my review. It reflects my actual experience and the fact that a solution was only provided after I posted a negative review.

I hove been using Froya's great products for a while now and needed information on changing my subscription. I was very well informed about my options and my request was responded to in a timely manner. Custom service was great.
