Fantastic Customer Service
I have been a subscriber for the face cream for years. LOVE IT! Wouldn’t use anything else. When the body balm came out, I couldn’t wait to give it a try. I was sent a hand balm instead. I was disappointed but after contacting Customer Support, I get to keep the hand balm and they are sending the body balm out immediately!! Now that’s service!!!

I had and emergency as far as finding…
I had and emergency as far as finding the order . Needed the order to be canceled immediately before being sent out. They were able to stop my order and give me a full refund.

Great customer service and quick…
Great customer service and quick replies on my issue. I had a package delivered and one of the items were broken possibly due to the carrier. But Froya customer service responded and handled the issue very quickly to make sure I received another face cream asap. Thank you, S. Sonka
