I would like to say that the service and my concerns were met immediately and within 10 minutes VN and I had communicated to my satisfaction several times. I was helped in getting my subscription set up for a different month which I had not been able accomplish on my own. I had some hesitations, since I am not big on subscriptions, but this is off to a great start. Lana H
