The customer service here is delightful. I got a reaction to the product and though I was not able to continue using it I was given my money back and told to keep the product and give it to someone that may be able to use it. I really appreciate their understanding of the fact that not all skin is built the same. Thank you Froya!

Thank you so much for this, Clendia. I'm sorry the product wasn't the right fit for your skin, but you're absolutely right, not all skin is the same and we totally get that. We never want anyone to feel stuck with something that doesn't work for them, so our satisfaction guarantee is there for exactly that reason. Really appreciate you sharing your experience and for the kind words about the team. That means a lot to us! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Great product... beautiful packaging...lots of interesting information around my purchase. Not cheap...but well worth the extra for the great feel on your skin...only slight issue was how long it took to arrive but that just might have been the UK postal service. Recommended giving the products a go and feel like you are spoiling yourself.
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 27, 2026
Hey Jakki! Love that you noticed the packaging and all the info we include. We really put thought into every detail so it feels like a treat when it arrives. Sorry about the delivery time, that can sometimes be tricky with UK postal service, but we're always working to improve that. So glad the products feel amazing on your skin and that you feel like you're spoiling yourself. That's exactly the vibe we're going for!! 🙌 All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I love Froya products! Not just because their balms feel amazing and their packaging is beautiful, but because their products actually do what they claim and quickly!! Their customer service is greatly helpful and human when you need them. I definitely feel a trust and faith in them and their products. The owner, Line is a doll and so personable as well. She really cares :)

And I'll make sure Line sees this because she'll absolutely love it.
