I have been using Froya for 2 weeks. My skin feels more moisturized, but it is too early to determine anything else. The light scent is like earthy beeswax, and that works for me. I will be 70 in 2 weeks, so will update as time goes on. I like the products so far.

I cancelled my subscription weeks ago — or at least believed I had — yet was charged again. The cancellation process itself is unnecessarily difficult and feels deliberately designed to wear customers down. Instead of a clear, straightforward cancellation, the site forces you through multiple screens filled with offers, discounts, and prompts encouraging you to keep the subscription. You must click through several “are you sure?” stages and alternative offers before the system will even acknowledge your request. I am not exaggerating when I say it took numerous steps just to attempt to cancel, leaving me unsure whether it had actually gone through. When I contacted support, I received what appeared to be an AI-generated response promising escalation to a “human.” No one ever followed up, and despite ample time to intervene (the Australian distributor is based in NSW), the order was shipped anyway. That alone speaks volumes about how customer concerns are handled. The products themselves were equally disappointing in my personal experience. Each item had almost the exact same consistency, only differing in colour. They left my skin feeling heavy, oily and greasy, and I experienced a significant increase in sebum production that led to severe sebaceous hyperplasia — something I had never dealt with before using these products. I’ve since had to invest in additional medical-grade skincare just to calm my skin. The oils also stained my pillows, and overall the range felt overpriced with little value for money. Between the confusing, multi-step cancellation process, the lack of genuine human support, and my personal results using the products, this has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve had. If you are considering a subscription, proceed with caution and keep records of every interaction
