Although recently purchased..so far so good..very sensitive skin..no breakout.. which is amazing..
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 12, 2026
No breakouts with very sensitive skin is a huge win!! So glad to hear the products are treating you well so far. We know how tricky it can be to find something that works for sensitive skin, so this makes us really happy. Thank you for the review! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I received an email about starting my masterclass but I had received the product yet. I was not home and actually the product had been delivered. Jason was concerned that it had been misplaced or delivered to the incorrect address and gave me all the info I needed to track it. It was in fact at my house. Additionally, I was inquiring about product use length and shipping so I would know when I would need to reorder which he answered with great information

Hey Stephanie! Thank you so much for sharing this. I'm really glad Jason was able to sort everything out for you and get you all the tracking info you needed. That email crossover can definitely be confusing, so I'm happy it all worked out and your product was right there at home the whole time! And great question about the product use length and reordering. Sounds like Jason had you covered on that too. We're always here if you need anything else down the road. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Heather
I signed up for the full skin care and hair care line, and put it on a subscription. Unfortunately, they do not email you a reminder so they charge my card for $250 and then do not accept returns except for within the first 30 days of using their product. On me for not reading the finer print, really sketchy business practice this is coming from a small business owner. Would give them a zero stars based on their business practices alone. I have multiple monthly memberships and they always give you a reminder to ensure customer longevity versus quick grab that People’s wallets! On top of all that their products smell horrible and do nothing to help your face, and if you are acne prone, don’t even bother, especially perimenopausal acne!!! Save all your money and buy castor oil!

Hi Heather, We’re sorry to hear that the products didn’t work well for you. Every skin type is different, and while many customers see great results, we understand that not every product works the same for everyone. We’d also like to clarify that an automated reminder email is sent prior to subscription renewals to the email address on file, giving customers the opportunity to modify, skip, or cancel their upcoming order before it is processed. Our return policy is outlined on our website and allows returns within the first 30 days, and we always aim to be transparent about our subscription terms and policies. Please contact us at [email protected] so I can review your case and assist you if you have any questions. Best Erikah Customer Support Manager

My experience is rated as great simply because there was a huge misunderstanding when I made the order and that was corrected immediately. The emails/ replied I received from the company were pleasant and encouraging and nice. I would still like to try this product am much interested and what they make and what they do and how they do it. I planned to try again in the future. I left this review because I think it’s important to know that I am beyond pleased with how I was treated.

Hei Nan! This really made my day to read. I'm sorry about the initial mix-up with your order, but I'm so glad our team got it sorted out right away and that you felt taken care of through the whole process. It means the world to us that you took the time to share this, especially the part about how you were treated. That's exactly what we want every experience to feel like. We can't wait for you to try the product and would love to have you back whenever you're ready! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Love these products! Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to one of them. Customer service was great though and refunded the product no issue.
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 11, 2026
Hey Megan! I'm so sorry to hear about the allergic reaction, I really hope you're doing okay. But I'm glad our team was able to take care of the refund quickly and without any hassle for you. That's exactly how it should be. Thank you for still leaving such a kind review even after that experience. It really says a lot and we appreciate it. If you ever want to try something else from our lineup, don't hesitate to reach out and we can help you find the right fit! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
