Froya Organics is my new go to face…
Froya Organics is my new go to face balm. Do I dare say they are the bomb. I am experiencing wonderful results with this lovely product. I would highly recommend every woman and man please, give Froya Organics a try. Customer service, they are wonderful. I really messed up my account and it was fixed overnight. Thank you, Froya Organics. Sincerely, Bonnie Fredlund Sanford Humboldt County California 🥳

I genuinely wanted to love Froya…
I genuinely wanted to love Froya Organics. Unfortunately, my skin is extraordinarily sensitive and the products didn’t work well for me personally. However, I was very impressed with their customer service. The representative I spoke with was kind, professional, and incredibly supportive after I shared documentation about my reaction. I truly appreciate their understanding—sometimes even organic well-made products simply aren’t the right fit for certain skin types. I am planning to share the products with a friend! I thank Froya for creating products that are natural, organic, and healthy for our bodies. With that being said, unfortunately, a small percentage of us are highly sensitive to certain ingredients.

Cheryl, thank you so much for this incredibly thoughtful review. I'm sorry the products weren't the right fit for your skin, but your understanding and kindness about it really means a lot to us. You're absolutely right that even the most natural ingredients can react differently with certain skin types, and we're just glad our team could be there for you through it. That's so generous of you to share the products with a friend! We hope she loves them. Thank you for believing in what we do. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

My first order was for my son and the…
My first order was for my son and the second to myself. Nothing wrong with neither order. Then I got a message about my second (continuous order) and with one click I made a new order. I immediately contacted them and first answer from AI ”who” said it will stop my order. The next day I was contacted by a human who kept calling me by my sons name even if I pointed out the order was for me. Long story short but my order could not be stopped so first I waited for my order to come and then I sent it back. This whole process took a month and a half. I do like the product. to unsubscribe I had to click at least 4 times but one click to reorder. All well at the end 😊

Hey Isabel, thank you for sharing all of this so honestly. I'm really sorry about the mix up with the accidental reorder and the confusion with names. That whole experience sounds frustrating, and a month and a half is way too long to deal with something like that. We're taking your feedback seriously, especially about making the reorder and unsubscribe process clearer and easier. Really glad you like the product itself though, and that things worked out in the end. We'll do better. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

AVOID.
AVOID. I ordered their half price offer. Recieved products and they are way too waxy and smell of strong beeswax. I sent an email as I wanted to return and get a refund. I emailed twice snd heard nothing back. Now they have charged me full pric and sent me another set on a subscription service. however when I had previously loggged in to my shop account to make sure I wasnt on a subscription nothing showed about a subscription on the shop account. This is misleading, I am very angry. i did not sign up for 1 productd that were not what I expected. and 2. fir my emaisl to be ignored, 3. to be added to a subscription service that I coudld not see or manage in my shop app. Like all others do. Avoid.
