Again company is great. I had a question and they got back to me immediately. I bought so much around holiday time to give to my children who are loving it. I had to pause auto ship cause when I looked at my closet for another jar for me it was all gone , so I have to go back on AutoShip. Lol
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 11, 2026
Haha Marianne, that's the best problem to have!! Love that your kids are into it too. Sounds like AutoShip is about to become your best friend again 😊 And glad we could get back to you quickly on your question. We're always here when you need us! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Customer service made it right when I had a skin reaction. Their return policy is not straightforward though. They advertise full refund if not satisfied but they don’t tell you that you have to upload a before picture or that you can only return one item from your order. I wouldn’t buy from them If you know you might have to return.
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 12, 2026
Hey there, thank you for being so upfront about your experience. I'm really glad our customer service team was able to make things right after your skin reaction. Your feedback about the return policy is really valuable and I hear you. We want to be as transparent as possible so nobody feels caught off guard. I'm passing this along to our team so we can communicate those details more clearly upfront. We appreciate you giving us that honest perspective. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

First of all, their products has a strong yellow color- even if I use just a little on my skin- it turns my face yellow (my skin color is very light). So the daycream is almost impossible to use. The nightcream is not easy to apply- the texture is not creamy but rather fatty, and it leaves the smell on my pillowcase. This is just one of the problems but what made me really really disappointed that their subscription turned out to be an automatic pre-order which I was totally not aware of. So when I subscribed in order to get a discount I thought I subscribed to some news letter (because why on earth I would other face creams on a monthly basis???) I only realised after the second automatic order- that “subscription “ meant that they re-order your first order automatically. This was absolutely not clear when I subscribed!!!! Also when I wanted to end my subscription it was quite a long process with many questions and trying to convince me stay… so fishy… Overall I just dont recommend!

Hello Marianna, We're sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations. Regarding the subscription mentioned in your review, this is an option that customers choose during checkout in order to receive the highest available discount, displayed as “Subscribe & Save.” It is not automatically applied unless it is selected at that moment. However, we understand that the process can sometimes be confusing. We have already reached out to you privately to better understand your situation and assist you directly. Our team will be happy to help clarify everything and review your case. Erikah Customer Support Manager
