Well, I assume not every case is the same. I tried buying from this company due to the claims of “ hyper fast eczema and psoriasis clearing “ The marketing for sure sold well and after analysing the company and its reviews, I can see that the company is helping a lot Of people with skin problems. Unfortunately, it not only did not workout for me, as my skin reacted extremely bad to the cream, and created a extremely unpleasant light burning sensation. I tried to use it for 4 days but after the 4th I saw that it was doing more harm than healing so I stopped using it and messaged the company to get a refund. After a bit of time and understanding from their side, they freely agreed to refund my order. I was unfortunately not a customer for Froya and my skin is still not fixed but they sure do take well of their customers.

Hi Miguel, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re truly sorry to hear that the product didn’t work well for your skin. First of all, we completely understand that every skin is different, especially when it comes to eczema. While many of our customers experience significant improvement, we also recognize, just as you mentioned , that not every case reacts the same way, and that is perfectly okay. We also want to clarify that we did respond to your message on February 26th asking for a few details ,so we could report the situation to our quality team and assist you properly. Unfortunately, we never received a reply after that, which is why the process could not move forward. Please know that our intention is always to help. That’s exactly why we offer our 60-day guarantee if the product is not suitable for someone’s skin. I will personally reach out to you again in a new message using the contact information from our previous conversation on February 26th. If for any reason you don’t receive it, please feel free to check your spam folder or contact us again so we can assist you and resolve this for you. Eri Customer support manager — Frøya Organics
