20 days after ordering, my creams still haven't even been shipped!
I placed and paid for my order on October 2, 2026. Twenty days later, my creams still haven't even left the warehouse! After repeated emails, Frøya Organics finally responded, saying they are still investigating why my order hasn't been shipped — and that this investigation could take up to another 10 days. Seriously? Is it normal for this company to take 30 days just to investigate why an order hasn't even been dispatched? I paid for products, not endless delays, excuses, and unanswered emails. The lack of transparency and the complete disregard for the customer’s time are unacceptable. Think twice before ordering from Frøya Organics!
