I’ve been using most of their products for a while now. My skin glows! I had some questions and they got back to me real quick! The complete system for mature skin is wonderful! Going through menopause can be troublesome but the morning and evening “pots of magic goo” is better than the expensive products. My skin is hydrated! Finally! No itchy skin pain! Ordered a kit with hair and skin. Paid and noticed that the hair was no longer listed. Emailed immediately with a response someone would get back to me. I sent pictures of the ad and order page. No response. Also questioned guarantee tried to find page to post before pictures. No finding it. Emailed no response other than someone will get back to me. Then order arrived with half the order paid for. Cancelled subscription immediately. Dishonest company. Do not buy at all!!! Save yourself the stress.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The ordering process was simple and I was able to order exactly what I was wanting. I love that I am only to use a minute amount of the product to get the best results. The company notified me of my order delivery and its expectation time. Overall I am very pleased with everything concerning my order and delivery.

I've been using Froya products for 8 months, the difference in my skin and hair is amazing. My hair is thicker and shiny. My skin looks years younger and the wrinkles have smoothed out. On Monday my body wash shipment arrived, but the package had been damaged. The bottle was punctured and leaking. I email Froya customer service with pictures of the damaged bottle and within five minutes had a new bottle on the way. They're great!

Bought a single pot of moisturiser so I paid the higher price as I didn't want the monthly subscription. Company set up subscription anyway and charged me for a second pot. Tried emailing but no response and tried phoning but no response. Let's hope i get a response before they charge me for a 3rd pot. I can't even use the stuff because it contains lanolin which I'm allergic to. Do not buy from this company. Scammers! The company is quick to reply on Trust pilot and have actually refunded me. Pity I had to contact my bank and put a review on here before I got a response though.
