Froya OrganicsReviews of froyaorganics.com

Froya's products are not just doing amazingly for my skin, but their support team is fantastic. As a new client, I made some mistakes on my purchase and they were spot on to help me out. This is what the world needs more: true natural products with caring people behind it!

An item was missing from my order, and after review - customer service informed me that they’d be sending a replacement and would provide tracking information once the replacement order ships. It was an easy process - which I really appreciate! I can’t wait to start using these products😄

They worked with me when trying to cancel my subscription and return the products that I still received so that I could receive a refund for the unopened items.

"This is by far the worst customer service I've ever had. It's taken weeks to get an answer to my email and no-one is listening to how I felt as a new customer or the complaints I raised. I just feel like a computer, not a person, is replying to me. I will leave an honest review of my experience with Trustpilot as your company feels like a mass marketing operation focused only on money, not genuine service. Your brand name Froya Organics is very misleading because it does not use organic products. Really disappointing all around. Please remove me from all correspondence." This was my last email to customer service. As a new customer, I was tricked into completing a customer survey for a free gift which took time out of my day. The free gift came and it was 20% off a shampoo that I didn't want anyway. That was my first 'gift' after spending 50gbp with them :-( I wrote to tell them it didn't feel fair to get customers to do this saying there is a free gift when there is not. Its a 20% discount so please make that clear. And I don't want Froya shampoo. The second thing I wanted to question was their brand name FROYA ORGANICS suggesting the products are 'organic'. They are not. Again nobody replied to this. Customer service were rude and abrupt with me so I ended my subscription and have told them to delete me from their records. Horrible experience. Thanks for listening!

Their customer care is great. They will send a response immediately.

Jason with the customer service team was very easy to work with and did everything he said he would! I appreciate that so much.

Honestly so surprised at the immediate results from using the day balm and night balm. My skin truly feels “quenched” in dry Colorado. It motivated me to order the mature woman package that includes the eye balm and cleanser (as well as the day and night balm). The cleanser buffed my skin to a “shine” I didn’t know was possible at my age (66 years old). Hoping for similar results with the just received eye balm. Wow!

When I received the products they had a bad smell. I used them on my skin and then I smelt horrible. My pillowcase smelt horrible. I got in touch after a few days to ask for their refund and was told, no problem! Use the for 60 days and if it does not work, we will refund you. I explained that I could not possibly use them for 60 days as the product smelt putrid. I put them in the bin. Then despite unsubscribing I have been pestered by them for the last 6 months. No refund, $150 in the bin
