BUYER BEWARE‼️ Read the Fine Print Before Ordering from Froya Organics ‼️ If you are considering purchasing anything from Froya Organics, read the pricing terms carefully before placing your order. You may be presented with two different prices, and naturally, many buyers will be tempted to choose the lower one. However, be aware that the lower price is a subscription price that automatically enrolls you in recurring charges. In my opinion, presenting pricing this way can easily mislead customers who do not notice or fully understand the subscription terms. Another serious concern is the refund policy. In my experience, subscription returns are only permitted for first-time purchases, and the products must be unused and unopened and returned within 30 days of delivery. Furthermore, even when products meet these requirements, the Returns Team must “carefully review” them, a process that can take several weeks. In other words, customers may have to wait weeks just to receive their refunds. The entire process makes returning products unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. It gives the impression that the policy is designed to discourage customers from returning anything in the first place. Although Froya did make an exception by allowing me to return my products, I simply do not want to deal with the hassle or wait indefinitely for my money back. Therefore, I have decided to keep the products and give them as Christmas gifts instead. I also attempted to contact the company at (325) 400-3337, but the number did not ring and instead gave me a constant busy signal. I was unable to reach the company through that number. These experiences have left me deeply dissatisfied with Froya Organics business practices. My advice to potential buyers: READ every term CAREFULLY before ordering, make sure you understand whether you are agreeing to recurring charges, and review the refund policy before paying. Do not assume that selecting the lower price means you are making a one-time purchase. I am sharing my experience so other consumers can make an informed decision before spending their money. Please be cautious and do your research before ordering

⭐ Disappointing product and even worse customer service I’m really disappointed with my experience with Froya. Rather than improving my skin, the products actually left me with more blemishes and made my skin even greasier than before. To make matters worse, I was unaware that I had signed up for a subscription until the next instalment was taken from my account without any prior warning that I was aware of. I contacted them to cancel, as I had no intention of continuing with the subscription, and although they have cancelled future payments, they have completely ignored my email requesting a refund. Instead, they have sent out another order of products that I can’t use anyway, despite the fact that the original products made my skin worse. I understand that products don’t work for everyone, but what has really let Froya down is the lack of customer service and the refusal to respond to a reasonable refund request. I’m now left out of pocket for products that haven’t worked for me and have no use for. I wouldn’t recommend Froya based on my experience. The products didn’t deliver the results I hoped for, and the way the subscription and refund issue has been handled has left me thoroughly unimpressed.

Absolutely love the products! The helpful, efficient, and kind customer service received sets this company apart from the competition. I will buy again.

I love this stuff. I know a little goes a long way, but I choose to lather a little more on my skin at night. The jar of exfoliating scrub is better if you use a skin cream or something like aloe Vera gel since the water dries out too fast.

Horrendous - a spam subscription company. Do not purchase.

Fantastic products that really do make your skin look and feel more youthful. I also had an experience with their customer service team who were extremely quick to reply and very very helpful making this whole experience a five star rating. Highly recommend the products. I’m not sure if a small business or not but it felt like it because of the personal and speedy response. Thank you ☺️

Amer helped me with damage that happened to my order in the mail. This person contacted the shipping warehouse for me so I didn’t have to do all that myself. Helped make this a low stress interaction. Very helpful, very polite, and helped me get my items sent again.
