Extremely dissatisfied customer

I am extremely dissatisfied for many reasons. I am 51 years old, and I purchased these products to see if they would suit skin that has become dry and sensitive due to menopause — they do not suit me at all. My skin has become oily, my pores are very visible, and some are even clogged. However, I cannot return the products until a 60-day period has passed — apparently, it is assumed that someone my age needs two months to determine whether something works for their skin. Additionally, today money was taken from my account because I was supposedly enrolled in a subscription. I reacted immediately and asked them to stop the shipment, as I do not need it, it does not suit me, and I did not knowingly choose a subscription. I have now been going back and forth with them for hours. I cannot return the products I already purchased and that do not suit me, and now I have to wait for a new shipment to arrive, refuse it, and then wait who knows how long to get my money back. The issue is not that I may have made a mistake, but your approach, your way of communicating, and the lack of willingness to accommodate your customer are truly unacceptable. From a brand like yours, I expected much more — no understanding, no flexibility — just profit and your rules. Even fast fashion brands have a more human approach. I regret ever trying your products.
