Great customer service
Great customer service! I needed help with an order and they were fast, friendly, and got me what I needed. I was exchanging emails with a live person who was empowered to make decisions to help their customers. It was great.

Quick address change.
PayPal used the incorrect address on my new order. I contacted the support team, who contacted the warehouse and within a very short time, my new address was on my order. I am looking forward to receiving it!!!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! My subscription renewed before I was ready. I emailed the help desk promptly, and they did their very best to contact the warehouse to cancel the order. It worked, and they refunded my credit card immediately. I was extremely impressed. Thank you, Froya Customer Service. Well done!

Abbuchung trotz ausgebliebener Lieferungen .. keine Lösung des Problem trotz mehrmaligen Nachfragen …
Habe bereits im Jänner 3 Bestellungen getätigt - alle 3 wurden mir abgebucht - erhalten habe ich lediglich die 1. … Kontakt mit dem Support ergab seit 3 Wochen noch keine Erklärung oder Lösung. - nun wurde mir wieder eine neue Lieferung verrechnet - als Abo abgebucht -obwohl ich noch nicht mal die erste Bestellung dazu erhalten habe !!! Frechheit !!! Finger weg Die Produkte an sich find ich super
