With so many good reviews I was hopeful…
With so many good reviews I was hopeful for the product. I bought the magic wrinkle eraser night balm. Product arrived swiftly and beautifully packaged. However I am one of the percentage for whom it made no difference at all, despite using it every day for weeks. And tbh I wasn't keen on the vaseline texture which felt heavy on my skin. I'm not very wrinkly so wasn't expecting a miracle, but perhaps some refinement. Magic Miracle Eraser is quite a claim for the name.

Our Night Balm is designed more to deeply nourish, smooth, and support the skin over time rather than create dramatic or instant changes, especially on skin that already has minimal wrinkles. And we completely understand that the texture isn’t for everyone; it’s intentionally rich to lock in moisture overnight, but personal preference matters a lot. We also hear you on the name, it’s something we’re always reflecting on to make sure we set the right expectations. I didn’t realise my face would be…
I didn’t realise my face would be bright orange after applying the day balm! Then my face felt tight and looked red, it was actually very drying - yes initially you have a glowy look , and orangey look! Then it sinks in and is dry tacky and tight - didn’t notice any less fine lines. Really disappointed.. got caught up in the marketing hype .

Our formulas are quite concentrated, so using a smaller amount and adjusting the application can significantly improve how it absorbs and looks on the skin. We also understand how disappointing it can feel when results don’t match expectations, especially early on. The support team is so helpful
The support team is so helpful! I used their products for over a month and my skin just didn’t agree. They were so so helpful in a solution and I am so grateful to have even been able to try this company!
