Great customer experience very quick response (even on Sundays!) I made a mistake with my order and they fixed it so I could still use the discount! Haven't used their products yet but can't wait for them to arrive! Thanks Jason :)

Hey Sara! This is so nice to read, thank you! I'll make sure Jason sees this too, he'll be stoked. We really do try to be available whenever our customers need us, weekends included. And we're happy we could sort out the order so you didn't miss the discount. Can't wait for you to try the products, I think you're going to love them! 😊 All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Jeg har købt en creme hos Frøya organics. Pludselig har jeg et abonnement, som jeg ikke selv kan komme af med. Lad være at købe noget her. Dont buy anything here. You will end up with a monthly subscription its hard to get rid of. Anna
Response from Froya OrganicsApr 6, 2026
Hi Anna, We can see that your request was handled promptly, and one of our agents cancelled the subscription and stopped the shipment in time, so no further orders were processed. Your order was also fully refunded. We’d like to clarify that subscriptions cannot be activated on behalf of customers, they are only selected during checkout, typically to benefit from discounted pricing, and can always be managed or cancelled at any time. Everything was resolved in time, but we remain available if you need anything further. Erikah CS Manager

My name is Dashonda. Unfortunately my skin appeared to have an allergic reaction to some of the products. However, customer service with Jason along the way was seamless and effortless outside providing a brief description of my symptoms and a few photos.
Response from Froya OrganicsApr 5, 2026
Hey Dashonda! Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I'm really sorry to hear about the skin reaction, but so glad that Jason was able to take care of you quickly and make the whole process easy. That's exactly what we want, for things to feel seamless even when something doesn't work out perfectly. We always want to make sure you're looked after, so please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything else we can help with. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
