This is an edit of my previous review. Unfortunately my sensitive skin reacted badly to the products that I bought from Froya (insane glow cream, night wrinkle cream and eye cream). They very kindly gave me a full refund, which is much appreciated.

I cannot say enough good things about…
I cannot say enough good things about Froya’s customer service team. Everytime I have an issue, I email them and they resolve it almost immediately. I cannot say the same for many companies. 10/10 wonderful company and I will always be a customer.

I requested a refund because of a bad skin reaction
I requested a refund because the products caused a bad reaction on my face. They were quick in their response and provided a full refund. I was really bummed that my skin reacted, as I love the company and believe in their products. Their customer service was amazing!
