Quick resolution and genuinely kind support team
I’ve been using their product for a few months now and have been really happy with the quality—it’s something I genuinely enjoy and trust. Recently, one item arrived with a leak, so I reached out to their support team. I was honestly impressed by how warm, friendly, and helpful they were throughout the whole process.
